Should I turn in my $1700 dollars in I bonds and start a Roth IRA? - bonds ira
I have a 403B with about $ 45K in it and has recently received an award and a check for $ 1000. I started the money in bonds than in reality ..... approximately 50 million U.S. dollars at a time. Should I cash in the bonds and invest in a Roth?

If your time horizon is long, then you've probably made more money into an IRA with a mix of mutual funds.
Note that you can not cash in I bonds until you have at least one year. In addition, if the cash is before the expiry of a period of 5 years to miss the celebration part of the interest. So, if you need money to pay taxes on the interest to explain the interests of its income tax for the current fiscal year.
IRA Many need at least 3,000 U.S. dollars to start. Some companies such as Fidelity, you can start with just $ 200 per month.
Good luck.
